Deleting your data

How to ask

1. Email kblevi6@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, preferably from the email address you gave us.
2. Tell us the name, email address and phone number you gave us. If you submitted one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, tell us roughly when, so we can find the right record.
3. If we cannot be sure the request comes from you, we will reply and ask you to confirm. We will never ask for a password.
4. Within 30 days we delete your contact details, your form answers, our notes and any files about you, and email you to confirm. The deletion is permanent once the trash period described in our privacy policy has passed.

Good to know

• If you are our customer, invoices and receipts we issued to you are kept for as long as Israeli tax law requires. Nothing else is kept.
• Meta keeps its own copy of what you submit in a Facebook or Instagram lead form. You can manage it from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or through Meta’s Privacy Center.
• CoolestCRM does not use Facebook Login, so there is no app to remove from your Facebook account.
