Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms govern the use of CoolestCRM at coolest.ltd, the internal sales and customer system operated by CoolestCRM. By signing in you accept them. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy at coolest.ltd/legal/privacy.

Who may use it

CoolestCRM is not a public service. Only people invited to a project by one of its administrators may use it, and only with a verified email address. Your access is personal: you may not share your account or let anyone else use it.

Your account

Keep your password and any other sign-in credentials secret. If you think someone else has used your account, sign out (which ends every session on every device) and tell us at kblevi6@gmail.com straight away. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for our business. You must not:

• copy or export personal information except as your work needs;
• use anyone’s details to contact them for a purpose they did not ask for;
• give access, or any data from the service, to anyone outside our team;
• try to reach projects you are not a member of, or probe, overload or disrupt the service;
• upload anything unlawful, infringing or malicious.

The people in the CRM

Information about leads and customers is confidential. Handle it as our privacy policy describes and as the law requires, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Information that reaches us from Meta Lead Ads may be used only to contact the person about the enquiry they submitted, as Meta’s terms require. You must not use it for advertising, add it to advertising audiences, sell it or pass it on.

Connected services

The service works with others — Meta, Google, Morning (Green Invoice), and AI assistants you choose to connect — each under its own terms. If you connect an AI assistant to your account, you are responsible for what you ask it to do with our records.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CoolestCRM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profit or business, arising from use of the service.

Suspending or ending access

A project administrator may remove you from a project at any time, and we may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. When your access ends, you can no longer see that project’s data.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update them on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
